Blackchat charges no fees for unlimited and unrestricted access to their picture archives, free live guest chat rooms, profiles, and any other free members-only services. Before you enter into any pay chat room, the fee is disclosed prior to doing so. There won’t be any charge or transfer made to your credit card, or any other alternative payment method you authorize in the Pay Per Minute spaces on your membership, or premium membership. Premium memberships grants the ability to access services past the per minute chat rooms or free members-only services.

Another form of currency allowed is GOLD, which is a site currency for blackchat. GOLD is added to any streaming charges, and is a completely voluntary choice for any member that wishes to use it.

There is a one-time $2.00 fee that will be charged to any card you put on file, just to verify that it’s a working form of payment, and there are a number of alternative payment methods available to every user. If you upgrade to a premium account, then there will be a one-time charge amounting up to, but not exceeding, $5.00, that will then be added to your account.

If you pay using a PayPal account there will be an additional charge due to the added cost that blackchat incurs for allowing PayPal as a type of payment. They alert you to the percentage of the charge that will be added before it’s done, so that you know the fee ahead of time.

A Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged if you are part of the European Union, and will be calculated at the time of billing. These charges won’t go towards any of the set daily limits.
